Overview

Many Glacier Campground sits in what is often called the heart of Glacier National Park in Montana — a stunning valley of glacier-carved peaks, alpine lakes, and abundant wildlife. Ringed by dramatic mountains and beside Swiftcurrent Lake, it is one of the most sought-after campgrounds in the park and a prime base for some of Glacier's finest hikes.

From here, trails lead to Grinnell Glacier, Iceberg Lake, and other alpine wonders, and the area is renowned for wildlife, including grizzly bears, moose, and bighorn sheep. With its breathtaking setting and access to the park's best trails, Many Glacier is a coveted and unforgettable place to camp in the northern Rockies.
